INITIAL STEPS

Once we align on your travel details, we’ll work closely with you to understand your unique preferences, interests, and expectations. From there, we’ll craft a personalized itinerary that balances your wishlist with our expertise. We’ll share a detailed proposal including daily activities, accommodations, and clear pricing with inclusions and exclusions.

 

Your feedback is invaluable—whether it’s minor adjustments or significant changes, we work with you to refine every detail until your trip is just right. Once finalized, we’ll outline deposit and payment schedules and begin confirming arrangements to ensure every element is in place for your journey.

HOW DO WE GET PAID?

Our compensation model is similar to that of a real estate agent, as we’re compensated by our hotel and travel partners. We’ve negotiated lower contracted rates with these partners, ensuring the best value for you. All pricing is presented as a per-person package, with a clear breakdown of what’s included and options to add or remove components.

PAYMENT POLICIES

For most trips, the following payment schedule applies:

  • Deposit: Amounts vary depending on the tour operator.

  • Final Payment: Due 45 days prior to travel with most tour operators.

Some destinations or accommodations may have alternate payment terms, which will be outlined in your proposal. For hotel-only bookings, payment and cancellation policies will follow the terms set by the hotel.

FINAL DOCUMENTS

Approximately 30 days before your trip, we’ll provide your final itinerary. This includes:

  • Daily timings and meeting points

  • Suggested gratuities

  • Emergency contact numbers

  • Currency information and other essential details

During your trip, you’ll have 24/7 access to us and our local partners, ensuring real-time assistance with any changes, delays, or requests. We work behind the scenes to ensure every aspect of your journey runs smoothly. Once you return, we’ll review your experience to refine future travel plans.

PASSPORTS & VISAS

It’s your responsibility to ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates and to obtain any required visas. Be aware of entry, exit, and health protocols for each country on your itinerary. For detailed information, visit resources such as:
